★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome chocolates. However, the dark chocolate Skor was not good. Something very bad about the taste. I went back in and she let me try another one. Same thing. Really bad. She tasted it and said it wasn't great, but "sellable". I have a different impression now. I don't want "sellable" I want fresh and decadent. The milk chocolate one was ok. Very odd with the dark one. The skor was soft and it tasted like chemicals. This one in the photo is the milk one that was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must come and try their ice cream! They have about 12 flavors at a time and are all hand crafted and very very delicious. The sponge toffee ice cream was our favorite! The owner is such a friendly guy. They have other treats as well, the caramel popcorn looks delicious.

We bought Banana and Waffle flavored ice creams and it tasted so great .
The ice cream help up pretty well outside in 30+ weather and did not feel any icy particles and it was smooth all the way through.
It was also not overly sweet which is unique.
They also had lots of other stuff in their shop .
Including loads of Saltwater Taffies for a very reasonable price and it tasted yummy.
I would surely go there in future if i visit Collingwood.
Must try dessert shop.
