I did have some 'links' from him from another store. Your staff was so great about piecing together what it was that my Brother really wanted. My mother and I seemed to have the undivided attention of not one, not two, but THREE staff members. It was amazing! I had had a negative experience earlier that day at a rival cycling store in Caledon. It was just so refreshing to get great, old fashioned Customer Service!

The owner spent several minutes with me getting the suspension and dropper set up for my weight and height as well as answering all my questions. As opposed to the last couple bikes I've bought where they hand over the bike and show you the door. Worth the drive to Collingwood to see a well stocked and fully staffed bike shop, which is a rarity these days.

They have provided excellent service both at the time of purchase and solid after market care. I highly recommend the Kamikaze team / store for their service, the brands they carry and overall client / customer environment.
