Took half a day off work to receive services between 10-12.. I called at 12 asking where they were and apparently the tech was sick. Too bad they couldn't call me in the am to let me know that!!! Now have to wait another week. .

2 boxes and they are always frozen. Cant change the channel most of the time. Doesnt even let me watch recorded shows without freezing up.

they suggested i get a router to boost my service & when i call in to ask why i have no service '' the problem is your router '' there the ones Who suggested i get the router in the first place , ( which was $158 ) & now im a pest to them . come on guys get you're stuff strightened out . its 2016 . :(

Apparently people don't work and have lives according to this company. If you get anything done by them be prepared to take the day off work to sit and make sure they don't show up because they have no concept of time or scheduling. Once that's all done sit on the phone and get in a screaming match.

Once again tried these guys again. How they are still in business I don't know. Worsted customer service around. Zero follow up from them as to if there rural internet service will work at my location. Wait it will work but let's me sell you a $500 tower plus install and it might work. Absolute joke!!!

Always friendly when I go in to the store. Such a change from sasktel where you're only viewed as another dollar.

Made me pay for the first two months on startup so I pay 20$ then I'm looking at a 60$ bill?!? Doesn't even make Sence then they give me some bullcrap about how they charge until the end of the next month so I'm like whatever I subscribe for internet at $35/M and then I'm looking at a $145 bill?!? That's like 4 months worth and I had it for 2 weeks over a month. So after a half hour argument with the lady behind the desk at their office I went home grabbed my router and phone reciever and made them cancel it. Then after another long argument with the lady who just kept trying to read the invoice she tried making it like a personal issue and I kept explaining to her that the numbers on my statement were wrong they weren't matching the invoice and no promotions kicked in and my $145 bill became a $35 bill with a reciept and if they weren't trying to rip me off I probably wouldn't have cancelled not like I'd have any faith in their honesty. Then I made sure there was no cancellation fees still took them a week to come around and shut down the signal so I had to make sure they stopped the billing when I brought in their equipment but they couldn't let me know when they were going to show up to do that so I had to bother my landlord to get into the electrical room and when I moved into my place I had a local cable connection and I thought it was part of utilities but I guess I was using whoever lived there lasts connection so due to their error someone got billed for extra months of tv and they turned it off randomly in the middle of a episode of TMNT which kinda messed up my day most unprofessional cable company I've dealt with unhonest billing. Payed for the first 2 months and they're still trying to bill to the end of the next month used like $35 worth if service and I just freaked out when I saw a bill for $145 I basically had to scream at the lady so she would actually listen to me she kept telling me to shut up and left from behind the desk to go sit behind the other desk for some reason couldn't even treat me like a customer and kept trying to shove it off on a manager who wasn't even in the office then after that kept telling me some person would call me from Regina even though my phone recieved was in a garbage bag on the counter. They make people pay 5 times more than they actually owe and try to shove them off with stupid lies and reasons and if someone doesn't know how to stand up for themselves it's basically unsubscribe or let them rip you off..... 1/100

I have had there service for the internet or Lack of since july 14/20 so many problems and still not fixed.. the tech people have been here 5 times .. the tech's have 1 more item to possible fix Perhaps that will fix it once and for all
