Margaret even paired up the phone to my car. I have been dealing with this store for 6 years now, and all the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't buy my phone, tablet or tech ware anywhere else.

Jessica and Jack helped me to solve a problem with a laptop I bought for my husband, and then helped to get me sorted with a new device. They were patient and so very helpful, and very easy to talk to. They definitely cared about the customer experience and their down-to-earth approach was certainly appreciated. I took up a lot of time and they never seemed bothered by it, in fact, they shared light hearted humour and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you're in the Midland area and want excellent service, this is the place to go for your tech needs!
