Heads Up Hair Design

Wife went with daughter today. They did a nice job but charged $275 which is more than I have ever paid in any salon for any of my girls! We are from UK and have had hair done in major boutiques and never paid anything like this. I don't mind paying for quality, but the hair cut and colour while good was not $300 worth (with tip). At no point did they mention to my wife that our 13yr old hair cut and color was going to be this much, my wife even declined a $40 sealant that they tried to sell to them early on. Normally we don't post negative reviews, my wife asked to speak to the manager afterward she patiently waited all day for the promised 'call' to ever receive it. Sadly we won't be back myself my two sons cam here regularly before because it was quick and good value. 4 hours and $300 for an average cut and colour is outrageous, and the customer service....non e instant.

It’s by far the WORST haircut I have ever received. The lady didn’t even talk to me just sighed the whole time she was cutting my hair. She pressured me into doing layers and letting her style my hair. And They over charged me.

I will not go to any other place! I met Keely 2 years ago she has been an absolute treat! My first experience was a MAJOR hair color correction and she did such a beautiful job. It was right befor my wedding and I was freaking out because no other salon would touch my hair. Keely had NO problems correcting it. Ever since I've been going to this salon. She has done everything from tape in extensions, color corrections, cutes, full head highlights and each time I walk out of there feeling confident in myself. ☆☆☆☆☆ for this place for sure! Hands down

The cut itself looks great, just with the whole situation of everything that went on throughout the entirety of the day I'll be going somewhere else next time

Keely is super professional and always caters to her clients wants and needs. She always takes great care of me and my family and unfortunately some people are difficult clients. I recommend Keely always.

The owner of the business was super rude. She was ripping my hair out through the entire process and when I brought it to her attention she was very unprofessional. My haircut is completely uneven. I asked for a simple haircut with a reference photo and she gave me something completely different. I told her I would like someone else to fix my hair and she was super disrespectful and rude, she refused everything and did not cooperate with anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We are so disappointed! We have been loyal customers since we moved here 4 years ago and the owner went sideways on us today. My teenage daughter was in pain and tears after asking several times for her to be more gentle during the service. Keely had cut my hair first and I agree that she was unusually rough/rushed. She took it to the next level when she cut my daughter’s longer hair, pulling it hard and scratching her scalp and telling her that her hair was “awful” and “terrible” and “way too thick”. This isn’t the way to speak to a young lady. My daughter has beautiful waist length hair and takes exceptional care of it. She is so disappointed that this simple trim and bangs cut is visibly uneven and her bangs are now a mess! It needs fixing before she’s comfortable to go out in public so we discussed it in the parking lot and went back into the business to kindly request that we come back another day to have a different stylist fix it for her. We were told no. This isn’t an option. Keely insisted on refunding our money. I was shocked and told her she can keep it as we intend to continue to be loyal customers if she could just be compassionate to my daughter (who didn’t want her to touch her again today) and we would be happy if she could just schedule us with a new stylist any time. Nope. She said she would rather we don’t come back and then made me take my money back! I honestly can’t wrap my head around this Keely, you were unreasonable, unprofessional and unkind. Everyone has bad days and I know it was the end of a long day for you but to react with such coldness and to say you’ve “never had a complaint in your life” is simply not how to do business. If you would like to make amends, you really owe my daughter an apology.
