★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service has gotten terribly slow in the last month to month in a half, 25 minute wait time for a teen burger combo and employees are clearly unhappy and over worked spoke to a few people and ownership of the business has changed and apparently they are difficult people to work for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have seen all but one employee had ear pods in one ear and a headset on a other..store # 4419 aka Jamie T has the world's worst customer service iv been in years we made our order in witch was wrong we repeated our or as he was say you guys said ..... Will not recommend Also ask for a receipt to find out there was no printer paper in the store so wasn't able to give a paper copy of order after me asking for store information he stormed off into back area (door) to make a phone call photo is what he gave us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food overall, for fast food. Nice professional Staff - The reason for my 2 star review is the constant flat pop, plus they don’t use ice so you end up with room temperature flat pop. Mcdonald’s does a much better job making their pop contain actual carbonation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with my Dad for lunch on Wednesdsy March 9th. One of the employees fell down and had a seizure. Not one employee knew what to do. Quite frankly they could have hurt him, moving him around. Standing him up, trying to get him out of the way. Half the staff didn't even acknowledge or pretend to notice what happened to one of their team mates.
They need to get their employees trained in first aid and CPR. It was very horrible.
The food was good. The other customers were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes for them to come out and tell us that they are closing early because they had someone quit. Food has always been good but the past month has been the worst service and wait time for a fast food drive-through I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on this visit I am rating this location 2 stars. Not all the food was served hot, and the promotional Mushroom Melt Burger had a whopping four slices(ish) of CANNED mushrooms and was $13 for the combo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in my car in the drive through. I have been idling, or slowly inching mu car, for 35 minutes. It’s 8:00 PM so it shouldn’t be that busy. No acknowledgment from the staff once I finally made it to the window. They don’t have to grovel but an explanation would be cool. Did someone die? What happened? There’s no receipt on my bag and no cheese on my burger - but without the receipt or explanation it’s like the whole thing never happened. I wish it hadn’t, I’m starving.
