We had a cheque for $10,000
Our loan had 7,000 remaining.
We were told "ITS A FAST PROCESS"
YOU WILL SEE IT IN 3-5 BUISNESS DAYS (the refund)
FAST FORWARD TO APRIL 1st 2022
AND THE MONEY WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ON HAS BEEN SITTING IN DESJARDINS BANK ACCOUNT
WE NEED THAT MONEY FOR OUR NEW VEHICLE. QUIT SCREWING US AROUND WE NEVER EVER MISSED A PAYMENT SO WHY ARE WE BEING LIED TOO AND FORCEED TO WAIT?!
IF WE HAD TAKEN THIS LONG TO PAY 3K YOU WOULD CHARGE US EXTRA!!!
So why not the same courtesy to your clients money?
Now we have to wait ANOTHER WEEK ONTOP OF THE WAIT TIME ALREADY FOR OUR OWN MONEY
