Tried to go to pay a bill, the bank says open until 3:00pm. The doors were locked and I was told I couldn't come in. Why do you even have business hours?

This is Jesses wife I deal with National bank and I would never recommend this bank to anyone, They allow online company take money thats not authorised out of an odsp check and let them take someone's hole odsp check and not give it back, Iv had nothing but problems with this bank since Iv opened it last June witch would be of the year 2018 now we are here in may of 2019 and now changing my bank because of it. So if you have just opened an account with these fools then change to a new bank asap

Worst bank in midland. Save your time, money and credit score.This is Thursday the 10th my bank fee comes out on the 8th. They took it out today the 10th and in return my truck payment bounched that came out of my account fine yesterday the 9th.Then they made it look like they took the bank fee out on the 8th on my estatment. I know this for a fact cause I never received my last CERB payment and been checking my account religiously for it. Certain tellers can be rude at times too. One of the worst banks in midland for hours of operation also. I've had my account for over 15 years, I will be closing it and taking my banking else wear.

This branch has very rude staff except of one young lady who is new , I am glad I have moved out of Midland and would rather visit one of the Northern Credit Union branches.

Aside from dozens of online and phone issues I’ve had, it’s not any better in person. After trying to fix my e-transfer which has been broken for over a year and having no luck online or over phone, I made an in-person appointment. No employee (including the person they had scheduled the appointment with) had any idea how to help me or who to contact and completely gave up helping me in about 30 minutes and ended the appointment. I cannot recommend a banking company (or location) less. I’ve been working on these issues for YEARS hoping that something will change, but I’ve emailed branch managers, set in-person appointments, and called the company numerous times and done my best to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing has changed. I warn everyone I know about it and advise them to switch. Completely frustrating and disheartening.
