★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bank. Have banked here for over 8 years, depositing thousands of dollars every other week without issues. All of a sudden they start putting 5 day holds on my cheques, even when they are registered cheques! And are extremely rude when trying to rectify the situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt tell me there was a 5 day hold on cheques till the account was open. I spent hours on the phone last night trying to set up online banking. I have an email transfer sitting as when I try and accept it says I have no account although Im logged in. When I call the Scotia help centre I get a bunch of ppl that dont know what they are doing. In fact the one guy said he didnt know and I was told to go into my own branch. Update.. I went into the branch and spike to someone else who dealt with everything.. Thank you J.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the tellers here are great and deserve credit but the management of this branch is absolutely terrible and riddled with incompetence . Every time I need something relatively easy to have accomplished that is important it takes weeks and never willing to go out of their way in the least to help a client out . At other Scotia Banks I have had excellent service and was never treated this way .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone at this branch just decided to change my last name on the account back to my maiden name without my consent. Kinda weird. Not at all impressed by this, can't wait to switch from Scotiabank entirely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why for the love of God would they lock the doors for ATM use I am a new member with Scotiabank in North Battleford I went to use the ATM and they had the doors locked so I had to go across the street use a competitors bank and pay a $3 ATm fee and then the wait times on the phone for these guys horrible horrible I'm not impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have a Scotia account but their ATM is free to use for Tangerine Bank cards. I do all my cash withdrawals and deposits through the ATM. Why can't you access the ATM after 5pm on Saturday/Sunday and 10pm during the week. Put the ATM outside. I have no other use for Scotia during regular hours that's why I rated 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible place to bank. They put a hold on my finances because I have a $40 credit card payment ,which, they do not allow me to pay off from my phone. Weird. I went in the bank to pay it off and they gave me a 1-888 number to call which did NOTHING!!! Told to go home and they will phone me when they figure something out. Still waiting…..(I’ve been there 20 years and have thousands in my accounts) terrible place to bank.
