★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a construction mortgage, these people are the best. Helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and my experience with them was second to none. It is no wonder more and more people are getting away from the big banks. Keep doing what you are doing friends, thank you for truly helping those in your community. Maureen was our representative that helped us through the process and she was excellent.

Hours from my bank account but bringing in the payment in cash and handing it to them directly, they still charged me an 48 dollar NSF fee.. when i asked where that money goes with the branch manager i could not get a straight answer. In other words the branch keeps your hard earned money $48 because you were late on paying a $200 payment by a couple hours. I guess a big financial institution needs the money more than i do? Penetang Meridian give your selfs a big old pat on the back for NOT helping your customers and backing their wealth just like your signs say all over the office. And stealing there money. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned the Penetang office to see about a Construction Mortgage, and I was treated very poorly. They basically denied me over the phone and wouldn't even book an appointment. I have since obtained a mortgage elsewhere, where I was told we had great credit and our income to debt ratio was excellent. I do not recommend them at all. Very disappointed.
