★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for probably 10 years, burnt bagels and wrong orders seems to be the new norm. We always discover it's wrong half way home. Unlikely we will return here. Tim hortons please train your staff not to send out burnt food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes it can feel intimidating going to this Timmies because I go to the high school that a lot of problematic customers go to. So it’s almost expected by some of the employees that I will act the same as those other kids. But there are a few employees that make me feel so welcome! Especially the tall guy that works there. He was extremely kind to me and even offered to help my friend who couldn’t find her health card. Whenever I walk in and see him working my nerves are automatically settled. I’m going to ask his name so I can tell everyone how kind he is. Keep up the good work man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a snack at 3:45pm @ drive through. 5 Cars in front of me. Asked for the new chicken wrap, she checked and confirmed they had everything for it. Asked for an iced coffee too but they were out so I got a regular coffee. Took 15 minutes to finally get to the window to be told they actually had no wraps. Spent another 5 minutes waiting while they made me a roastbeef and cheddar sandwich. Got back to work to realize there's no cheddar on my roastbeef and cheddar. 2nd time in a week something like this happened so I'll be going to the other Tim's now on.

The drive-thru was quite busy but moving quickly.
Service was great; only maximum 5 customers were allowed in the store.
