★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severely disappointed. I will never be returning. First off the menu is all chicken basically now. Last time I was here it wasn’t. Secondly waitress didn’t take order correctly, even when confirming it back. Third being waitress was more interested in gaining a tip. I will not be returning. Super upsetting. Not a good place anymore to enjoy, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight we went for dinner and the service made the meal amazing. Going for dinner with 3 kids and making lots of substitutions can sometimes make for trouble. MACKENA from the start to the finish made everything go smoothly. She got every little change we made right and was on the ball!! I hope we get her again the next time we come in. 5 STAR SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just went to the restaurant this evening for dinner. We were seated, then waited 15+ minutes. No one acknowledged us. It was not busy. There were 3 tables occupied and several employees standing at the front door chatting. As we were leaving, they wished us a good night! Ridiculous, as we hadn't even been served! Took our business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have enjoyed the Full Pan Nachos at this location for quite a while. We usually come around lunch and order it, with chili and chicken. Our most recent visit we ordered the same thing as usual, however the taste was way off, the chicken did not taste right at all and the texture was way off what I was used to. When speaking to the server they stated they recently changed the menu and chicken was now dark meat.
It may have said this on the menu but I don't recall. Anyways the meal was very gross, the chicken was rubbery and the Server herself stated no one is fond of the menu change. Won't be ordering this again, which is depressing. Hopefully white meat makes a return or they have the option for white or dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic food. The server was kind, gracious and helped us enter the resultant safely as well as helped with the menu.
We ordered 3 cheese dip and deep fried pitta.
Fish and chips and country fried chicken. Plus caramel.cheese cake. I also asked for bacon and extra gravey and I was not disappointed. It was devine.!!!
The server also gave me a free cheese cake as it was my birthday ?
I think it was one of the high lights of my trip to Ontario this weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love to go for wings on half price Thursday's...however yesterday was not a good experience! We brought friends and they were very unimpressed also. Wings were super tiny, the sauce was good but wings were way smaller than usual. My Husband ordered an extra 10 and they were tiny and cold!
The sweet potatoes fries were usually good, but this visit more like old bottom of the basket pieces, small and hard!
The waitress did mention they were not as busy as usual ...I guess we should of spoke to the manager!
Not sure if we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing dinner we had tonight at Kelsey’s in Midland. The food was super delicious and our server Elisabeth was one of the best servers I have ever had. She really made our dinner experience so perfect. As an ex server, I really take notice and she was such a natural! Thanks Elisabeth! You exude kindness and joy, so nice to see, especially during these crazy times. My family and I want to thank you for being amazing at what you do!! So happy to have met you ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered takeout Friday evening for our family and had a small issue with the amount of salad in the box. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he was very professional and sincere. He made us a new salad and gave us some spinach dip cards for next time and a couple of ice cream tubes for the kids! Thank you for fixing this and making the kids happy
