Lilly's Italian Eatery

This was honestly by far the best restaurant experience I have ever had. The service was amazing, the food was to die for seriously, the serving sizes were HUGE and just all around AMAZING. Will eat here again and again ! I highly reccomend !!

How disappointing….we frequented the old Lillies often. Always greeted with a welcoming smile and brief engagement with the owner (behind the bar). We’ve been away and I’ve been so very sick. This evening we decided to experience the New Lillies. The wait staff were lovely (although I do have to say Jeans, running shoes and a scruffy hoodie are not appropriate attire for a waiter). We waited around 45 mins for our food…we had been told that the kitchen was busy. We were in no rush so, we sat at the bar and watched the antics of the owner. He was completely absorbed in a conversation with a couple sat at the opposite end of the bar. Not once did he even look at us and acknowledge our presence. I have a very limited diet at the moment as specifically asked for nothing on my food….no salt, no oil, no dressing of any kind. I also asked for my steak to be medium rare. I approached the owner to tell him throat my steak was over cooked and also pointed out that I wasn’t going to send it back. He offered no apology and off he went back to engaging with the young couple at the bar. The place seemed to have a stressed environment, untidy and unorganized bar area. Certainly wasn’t the atmosphere for a lovely Saturday dinner out. One of the owners came out of the kitchen and was clearly very rude to our lovely waitress in front of us. We live in Tiny, we frequent and support local business’s as we (before we both retired) know the trials and tribulations of owning a business. The most important aspect of any business….is your clientele or customer. This evening we were not important to the owner. We didn’t expect an hour of his time….just some kind of recognition would have been nice. I’m all about second chances. We will try Lillies one more time. ???

I wish I could give less than a 1 star review. The food was absolutely terrible. The blandest dinner I have ever tried to force down. After waiting over an hour and 20 minutes the food it was given to our table at different times. We explained very kindly to our waitress that we were not happy with the food and she actually told the owners that we were rude. We paid $250 for a dinner we took 2 bites out of. The owner and the manager spoke to us like we were worthless I am so appalled by the awful customer service and absolute lack of professionalism. My family will NEVER be back at this restaurant. Stay clear and choose another restaurant… McDonalds is better, I’m going to grab some fries now!

Food was good, portions are very large but are priced for the size, very noisey as the dining area is all open, service was very good, but plan on spending at least two hours there, time from order of food to serving was 1 hour 20 minutes, 45 minutes from order of appetizer to serving at table .

This was a special occasion meal for 4 people and was really enjoyed. Loved the chargrilled vegetables and the tasty mashed potatoes but the steak was the star of my meal. No grisle or nasty bits, just beautifully cooked tasty steak, it really was worth the wait, delicious.

The restaurant decor is nice and that is where it ends. After waiting to get service, we ordered, which took forever for the food to come. This oversized, what looked like one piece of breaded chicken arrived with pesto pasta and burnt seasonal vegetables. The chicken turned out to be what looked like pieces of processed, prepackaged breaded chicken, melted together with cheese and sauce,.. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, the pasta had no taste and the seasonal vegetables were burnt and could not be eaten. I did not want to embarass my daughter who was with me, so I attempted 2 bites of chicken and pasta, I couldn't eat it. Given the meal price, I would expect better than McNuggets...Disgusting!! Then the bill came and we were charged for two glasses of wine, only one was ordered. I gave the restaurant a one star for the decor. Too bad I had such high hopes for a great Italilan restaurant. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

We went here for our first night out baby free! Our server was polite and efficient. She was patient and allowed us to enjoy our meal, wine and cocktails while still checking in to make sure we were good! The food was amazing! You could taste how fresh and homemade everything was! Wine hit the spot and our after dinner cocktails were great as well! This will definitely be our go to special occasion spot! 10/10!!

We arrived on a busy evening hoping to find a place to sit. We were advised that they were full re. Reservations, but that they'd try to accommodate us. To our surprise, we were promptly seated for our dining experience. The server and manager were very polite; super attentive and very open with suggestions, albeit not too pushy as not to kill the mood. We started with a simple brushetta, which was delectable. The bread was thick and the tomatoes juicy. Main course consisted of a hearty shrimp Limonada and a chicken carbonara, heavier on the mushrooms. The freshness, taste profile between the two dishes and portion size were all excellent. Dessert was a strawberry shortcake- simple with a few actual strawberries on the side and some chocolate drizzle. Texture was great. All In all the experience was 10/10; and the price on par with chain restaurants leaving us completely satisfied. We tipped generously, that being said we will be back to reaffirm this notion.
