★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More times than not, they screw my order up. I always emphasize "with milk please! As well as make small talk by informing them that I'm lactose intolerant, at the window.
Staff is always pleasant, but the poor people at the drivethru window, that have to tolerate the frustration from the 2nd round customers, they need a raise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service but their coffee is absolutely horrid. Tastes like they use half a pack of coffee grinds per pot, tastes like a caffeinated tea more than a coffee. Milk is curdled as well, tastes awful. Avoid Tim’s at all cost, McDonalds coffee is night and day better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start by saying i love a good Tim Hortons coffee when its done right!! This location just cant seem to do so! There is no consistency in coffees I order 3x3 and sometimes its like theres 6 creams in it and other times its got like 1 cream and NEVER is it stirred unless i request they stir it well. Also some days its full to top and other days its a medium in a large cup! Despise the leaky lids too! A double drive thru always down to one lane during peak hours! Speaking of drive thru its always a long wait bc the ppl working window are like turtles!!!! I give the exact change which is sooo easy to see being 2 toonies and 2 dimes when ingive the money hand me the coffees so we can b on our way its things like that that slow drive thru down! Someone made a comment about the "old lady with white hair" well i actually adore Gail shes just frustrated with the half wits there! Yes Jessica is very friendly always polite! She should b managing the location so rest of staff r more like her!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever made my breakfast wrap at 2:00 this Sunday is god. Perfectly crispy packed with the good stuff. Didn’t know timmies could make a wrap like that. Give whoever made is praise and a raise straight up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on a Monday evening for eat in/take out. Generally a clean, friendly place. It was about 2 hours from closing so staff were busy doing things. Service was a little slow. Their wifi was not working so I couldn't use the app for ordering or rewards. Also some menu items are/were not available no matter when I would go- eg.Apple Fritter donuts, Harvest Breakfast sandwich, Carrot muffins.
Accessibility: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ wide aisles, accessible seating, fully accessible washrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who doesn’t like a nice double double? Usually pretty decent coffees. For the most part very friendly staff!
My only complaint is that older lady that works there with short white hair . This cashier there during the day is probably the crustiest grumpiest most rude person I’ve ever seen working a cashier job. Like the saying goes if you don’t like your job, quit and find a new one. You are WORKING in a job serving people, you have no right to be a acting like such a miserable lady, her bad vibes are strong enough for me to avoid this place when she is working.
