★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst meal my family and I have ever had. Came ice cold not even warm, chicken tasted old fries awful gravy COLD, pop was wrong, missing dips,$50 down the drain threw everything in garbage. And I only live 1 block from KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got an 18 PC bucket. Soggy chicken from KFC?! Like every single piece. The best part of KFC is the crunchy skin! Unfortunately this was disappointing and quite gross. First world problems I agree, but don't experience disappointment from Popeyes. Just saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I tried the plant based 'chicken' sandwich ... pretty yummy (although not something to eat everyday lol) and so nice to see more and more places offering vegetarian options! Great to have some choices when on the go...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 45 minutes with a white hair on my chicken. I took it off the hair and ate it anyways. On a more serious note the gravy leaked all over because they didn't close the lid properly. The drum sticks were the same size as the chicken breast and for the amount I paid was not worth the value. I received no complimentary for the wait not even a soda. I deserve free chicken for a month. Not worth the wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frint counter employee deserves her own 5 star rating. She was apologetic for the excruciatingly long waits. Seeing as there's only her and another in the back, she was forced to deal with the counter and help cook. This stores owner needs to staff this place correctly. Maybe offer better than "competitive" wages. It's been an ongoing issue. I rarely go there because of it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good and quick. However, counter person did not sanitize her hands after taking cash from previous customer. She touched another persons food packages, fountain drink and bag. She touched and placed my dipping sauce and receipt into online order bag after touching cash from someone else.
There is no point in her wearing gloves if she didn’t change or clean them between customers. I’m very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a very pleasant experience on my most recent visit. Ordered the Double Down Box Meal with an upgrade to a poutine, the meal was just shy of $20. The two pieces of chicken that made up the Double Down we're extremely overcooked and appeared to be cooked in filthy oil. The popcorn chicken was ice cold. The fries would have been inedible if not smothered with gravy and cheese curds. The only positive thing about the meal was the corn niblet side which was actually served hot and tasted good. But it's hard to screw up corn.
