Took my computer in and Deb had the issue repaired in less than five minutes! And for only a few bucks, too. Great to talk to, and very helpful.

Never go here. She was so rude. I went in with a simply question and she basically told me I was stupid and that what I was asking could NEVER EVER BE FIXED. Which she didn’t even look at my product. I was trying to give her a chance, and not judge based on the condition of her shop. (Hoping for a hidden gem) But not the case She is a terrible person, no customer service at all. She went right to No and was lecturing me on how stupid I was. Weird flex.

This lady was great the first time around as my device did improve the first time around and it was reasonably priced being $45. The second time I went to see her I didn't ask for a quote because based off my first experience I could trust her. In my opinion she scammed me completely. She called me the very next day, so she only had my computer for one day when I was told it was done. I went in to pick it up a few days later and was charged just under $100. She claimed she got rid of 6 viruses, fixed some spyware, sped up the start up time, and got rid of an annoying pop up. Low and behold my computer still takes 5 minutes to start up instead of the 45 seconds that she claimed. I still have the annoying pop ups frequently that she supposedly removed. After paying all that money my computer is still having issues. I don't believe that this lady is as knowledgeable as she claims because of this. There was also a whole other list of issues that I told her about which she did not address. When I first came in she almost handed me somebody else's computer and was going to let me leave with it until I told her it didn't belong to me. I tried to ask her some questions about my computer and tried to get her to go over what she did plus what was causing the issues with it but instead she almost closed the lid on my fingers when I went to point out the pop up that was still there that she told me she removed. She was very rude, unprofessional, arrogant, condescending, sarcastic, unhelpful, and did not give me any information about what she did to my computer. She also lied to me about the pop ups for sure, the start up time, and she told me that I never received her services the first time for $45 which is also a lie. For these reasons I definitely would advise people to be very careful when dealing with by asking for a quote before hand plus printing it off or taking a picture of it otherwise you may get burnt like I did. I certainly wouldn't recommend her services. Even her business reflects her style as it is in my opinion cluttered, poorly managed, dumpy looking, and extremely disorganized.
