★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of great prices, not great choices for sizing in PLUS. Did get some AMAZING winter boots that are incredibly comfy, warm and keep my feet dry!
Will be back.. I mean, of course I will!! It's attached to one of my favorite places, Canadian Tire! Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here several times. It would be nice to have floor service. Every time I've been to Marks at this location the staff is always only behind the counter. I honestly was annoyed today when I went in there. I was considering putting my purchases down and leaving but the deals were so good I purchased the items. The customer service is good at cash but note to management get people on the floor to actually help people looking for items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an employee at the entrance with a face mask and I, wearing mine, she welcomed me in to the store. I had a return to make and decided to check out the clearance racks and got a few more deals. It was not crowded at all and people were respectful of distancing.

I could return them in the store but basically they don't hold all the styles that the website does. But the lady informed where I could get them from other stores and was very helpful and kind in making sure I left satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There sign is on and says open, as well as saying open online but they have a paper sign saying they closed at 1:30 in the door. If you are going to close early update your hours online and turn off your sign do more than just posting a single white piece of paper in your door. Wasting time and gas driving to a store that’s closed, in the age of technology we live in is ridiculous and shouldn’t happen.
