★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their return policy is very unfriendly. After several emails, they finally agreed to refund the purchase price of a sweater that I returned. I had to pay the return shipping. Nevertheless they deducted $15.00 from the refund amount for shipping. When I purchased the item shipping costs were included because the sweater cost over $300. They have some nice products but unfortunately I would not use them again because the return process is too difficult and costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So full disclosure, this website looks pretty sketchy and so do all of their socials. BUT I took a chance and placed an order securely through PayPal and OMG… These guys are amazing! Not only did my item come super fast even though I didn’t pay for express shipping, the product is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Such a huge fan thank you so much!
