★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with this place I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I went to get a ultrasound today and the wait is so ridiculous my appointment was for 2:30 pm and I have to wait there almost an hour to be attended to. I am highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't like the staff there at all, they are so rude & disrespectful to patients. They told another patient what type of test I was going in for!!! Just hate that type of person who tells my business to someone else, what the hell are they doing in this field of medicine --- they really need to get some compassion !!!!!!!!!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the ladies work in the front desk very rude and unprofessional. I went there twice and heard them complaint about patients twice with loud voice in their language and in English that other patients in the waiting room could heard . No respect for patients.
I wish some one or I was brave enough to tell them how bad their behaviour .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there yesterday for a prenatal dating ultrasound. They wouldn't let my hubby in until the end. They never let us hear the heartbeat. They then told us they had no printer in the room so we couldn't print a picture. She said you can take a picture of the screen.... I was very annoyed, I've never had such a bad experience before.

Receptionists are rude, dismissive and lazy. They REALLY don’t like their job and it shows.
I have been there three times and all three times they are either gossiping to one another, complaining about patients or just being loud and disrespectful.
When you arrive they barely make eye contact.
You would think that people that work in the healthcare industry should have more compassion.
The technicians here are at the same pathetic level as their receptionists.
Exam rooms are tiny, crammed and full of papers.
There are many clinics across Toronto that I guarantee will provide a better experience.
Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible expirence had my anatomy scan done at 20W and when I received my results back my doctor told me there was No pictures taken of my babys heart , face not even gender. Technician was rude and rough made me feel uncomfortable the whole time ! She made me waste my time, now I have to go to a different location since she didn't know what she was doing. Very unprofessional!! Name of technician is D'Anne.
