I went to get my hair done for the first time in a while and had an amazing experience.She has amazing professionalism and details you on exactly what she’s doing.My dreads turned out amazing better than I’ve ever seen and she was also very helpful with time.10/10

If you are lucky enough to have Auntie work on your hair, then you are a very fortunate person. Auntie explains her process very well and focuses on the health of your hair. I had an excellent time at her shop and I cannot wait for my next appointment.

Amazing. Completely turned my fuzzy, poorly done dreads into something I can be proud to wear wherever I go. Cleaned my dreads up so very good, it was like night and day. I will be definitely and continuously going back for my maintenance here.

Truly best services and work when it comes to dreads, highly recommended for any of your dread needs. Well experienced and will have your dreads flourishing. I have gotten a-lot of compliments on my dreads done by Auntie.

If you take a hardworking man's money, give him what he paid you for. Provide the actual services for which you are charging a ridiculous $75/hour for. My biggest mistake was going to this woman for my dreadlocks. After over $6,000 spent and 2 months later, I was still walking around with shabby, half-done dreadlocks like a homeless guy. Yes...6,000 Dollars! She would spend 5 to 6 hours making about 6 strands of hair! And all the while, she would say 'My hands are moving like lightening'. And when I complain, that leads to a long period of arguments. She would spend more time talking rather than doing the services for which I was paying $75/hour for. This woman deliberately and methodically removed the hair on my head, making me look bald and patchy at variousnparts of my head and the most damaged is the top of my head! Whether it was to sell me her dreadlocks accessories and caps in order to cover it up, I have no idea. I have tried to wrap my head around her reasons for doing that to me but I couldn't come up with any reason that makes sense. Now I had to cut off the uncompleted dreadlocks and shaved all my hair so that the bald spots can be fixed. I will be filing a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario. I rarely have the time to do reviews. But my experience with this woman was so terrible and traumatizing that I had to write this review and maybe save someone else from having a similar experience. I wish I read the reviews more closely before going to this woman, especially the 1 star reviews and her absurd responses to those reviewers. That should tell you all you need to know about this individual.

Aunty is a blessing! I have visited her salon 2 times and both times have been completely satisfied. She approaches hair in a holistic manner making sure you know how to care for your hair once you leave the salon, and uses natural products on your hair. She is top notch. I wish I can give 10 stars!

I've known Auntie Ernestine for many years with regards to her profession as a natural hair-care specialist. She prides herself in going the extra mile to provide excellent service for her clients. As a natural hair-care specialist, she loves to see all her clients attain healthy hair. Therefore, she uses only natural products and services that promotes hair growths and healthy scalps; thus, she does not use glues, waxes nor chemicals that may cause hair damage. Auntie E. offers a unique special (1 hour) hair treatment that cleanses and removes dandruff, nourishes the scalp (to prevent dandruff), and hair to promote rapid hair growth. This 1 hour hair Power-Wash/Treatment, for me, was an experience that I won't forget any time soon. She always share her knowledge and ideas on hair care with her clients--for free. So whether doing hair Power-Wash/Treatment, dreadlocks or any of the natural hair-care service that she provides, I believe Excellent is Auntie E's Minimum Standard!

Auntie E takes pride in her workmanship. She will always do her best to make sure she’s creating a style and putting forth a product that will be worthy of her name. She takes great care to create neat, beautiful styles that will last a long time if cared for properly. As a customer I’m well aware of the pains she takes to make sure her clients are happy with their hair styles. She has had many loyal clients for years. She genuinely cares about each of her clients and their hair!
