Those are, in my opinion, the most important qualities one should be looking for in a realtor. Our past agents were always highly qualified, but Sandra is just next-level good at her job and you never feel like you're being pressured. She has too much character for that. There's a good saying in sales - "transfer of trust" - and Sandra establishes that with you right way. It's just her nature. If you've read a review here with a rating lower than five stars, it was most likely because that client was just plain unreasonable. That's the only explanation that I can come up with.
