His calm and engaging manner, and his assured expertise put me at ease and helped him to guide me through the process. He offered me options and suggestions without ever forcing me into choices. His knowledge of the area and the type of buyer I should be appealing to were indispensable in making informed choices on what needed to be done to get the house sale-ready. He also came with a team of contractors he had worked with in the past and undertook to schedule much of the process, which took a far shorter time than I was expecting. The entire experience was easier and less stressful than I imagined it would be, and we managed to sell the house in a very short time after listing, for over the asking price. I would highly recommend Jonathan as an agent, without hesitation.
