β β β β β Gary Fraga is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! We are so fortunate that he was the one helping us find a condo to buy! We felt no pressure from him to rush things and he made it absolutely clear that he'll get us into the place we are going to love and he would keep showing us all sorts of different places until we find exactly the right place. When we finally found an appartment we wanted to buy, he was able to put together all the necessary paperwork on a very-very short notice: the seller was going to review the offers the day after we spontaneously decided to attempt putting forward an offer! Not only that! There were 14 (yep! 14!) offers for that place on that day! Mind you, I am quite cheap, so under no circumstances were we going to pay anything that sounded unreasonable. But because of Gary's professionalism and because he works closely with great lawers and mortgage brokers, in the span of a few hours he was able to go through all the various processes needed to present the sellers with a clean offer that demonstrated that our intentions were serious. Long story short, the seller chose our offer over all others! Despite the fact that we were making offers with so many other people (process notorious for often dramatically raising the final price), the amount we would need to pay is actually lower than anything of comparable quality, size, and transit access. In fact, I don't think we've even seen an appartment that pristine and spacious through all our viewings (and there were lots!).

He is very knowledgeable to the point where he is able to point out and explain the minutiae of each viewing, helping greatly in the decision making process and educating you along the way. Not only that, he was incredibly patient in explaining the whole process from applying for a pre-approval to actually making an offer on a property. His insights are great for putting things into perspective, tailored specifically for your needs in a property. He definitely went above and beyond; he was able to get our very first offer for a property accepted, against all odds. I would recommend Gary 100% to anyone looking to satisfy their real estate needs.

β β β β β Buying and finding a house during these times was not an easy task. Gary was very professional as well as personal. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. He worked well beyond what one could expect.
Gary was and continues to be very responsive with answering to any of our calls and emails. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.
My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system.
Anytime there was a house we wanted to see. Gary moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right into our price range.
