★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone never gets picked up; meaning you’ll never get an appointment. Called 3 times in a row once and then the phone was taken off the hook. Was “lucky” enough to get an appointment and I’m still here waiting for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy and for my referral after almost 6 months — of course no one will pick up the phone so I have no information.
I’m in my 20s and have come to Dr Murthi since I was a toddler — This clinics patient care has most definitely taken a huge drop. Disappointing.
