After phoning one has to listen to an endless message about everything to do with other services, which are useless. The afterhours clinic you have to go through endless questions to have a phone assistant tell you a doctor will (might) call you back within a 4 hour window. They will not prescribe a medication i.e. ear ache or a repeat prescription for an antibiotic. You then call the office back and the doctor can't see you for 3 weeks They should use email or have more doctors working in the office
R	R.K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in fact a Zero star. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Melina Khoromi lacks empathy, and accountabulity. Something all doctors should have. This office will never return your calls on the first try, if they even return your call at all. After several mistakes from this office this so called doctor Khoromi would never acknowledge that her office made a mistake nor apologize. I never write reviews and if im writing this one then please take me seriously. Stay far from this office even if its across the street.
M	Mithra Raveendran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Melina Khoromi took over Doctor Harvey Zimmerman's patients and files and I can 100% say she is the worst family doctor I've had. She is not available for her patients and appointments tend to be booked 3 weeks out after your initial call to book an appointment. When I finally had my appointment with her, she berated me for going to a walk-in clinic (due to the fact she is never available) and suggested I find a new family doctor instead of addressing my issue which ended up resulting in a surgery on my spine thanks to other "walk-in" clinic doctors that took the time and did their diligence to figure out why I couldn't walk and was experiencing paralysis. She is not empathetic, does not have bedside manner and is not a great family doctor!
