However poor communication and very difficult to speak to anyone or the same person ever. Seems to be a very posh company, which is fine i guess it was my mistake because the middle class just becomes ignored. If your credit score is not above 690 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Update responce : Just like many other responses, its to late, you lost the business for your clients. Hey dont worry the market is "saturated" as you say. This time they could have made there next investment in one week, as we were two full time employed adults with great employers, one a government position who also offered to prepay rent for a year to help secure a place. Guess your clients have extremely high standards and expectations.

Staff and owners were always helpful and courteous and properties were well maintained. Very no nonsense and responsive approach to dealings with tenants which I really appreciated. M	Mike Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: the owners fired this company recently as they didn't like the repair cost estimate to fix the concrete that they neglected to fix 4 years ago when first complained to. So the issue is not the management company but the actual owners. We own the property next door to one managed by Frontenac property management...they have been unresponsive about a major foundation cracking issue with a rat infestation that has been distressing our tenants that live in the townhouse next door. The owner and Frontenac property management have both been contacted multiple times about this issue as have the bylaw officers. We will pursue legal action if necessary. Contact us as soon as possible. Update:
D	Derrick Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company seems to have a lot of properties and many seem nice. That is about it for my positive experience. Emails are not returned and when they are they advise the property is already gone. Friends listed their property and kept losing potential clients/renters because the individuals could not wait to hear whether they got the place... very competitive market and response time has to be timely. Other neighbours rent from FP and have very poor response to issues about the home. Still others have fairly major issues and they are shunned. The staff on the phone seem pleasant enough but sound exasperated... don't seem to have enough personnel for the job and number of properties. The Justin guy that is an owner is quite the 'in your face, downright rude guy'. The message I got from him was - 'it's done my way'.

Phone, email what ever your preference they will communicate with you promptly and whatever the issue is, will be dealt with accordingly! Couldn't recommend a better property management company!

It took less than a week from the time I inquired about the apartment to signing the lease. The unit was well maintained and was spotless when I moved in. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great and very helpful!
