d	debbie mcpherson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Who charges for visitor parking? They now require us to leave our home to drive somewhere else and get a parking permit for our guests if its after 5pm?! How is that even legal? I didn't sign anything agreeing to that and how can they enforce such things out of nowhere?! They also now have "parking police" at our place. I thought things would get better when they took over, I was 1000% wrong. Horrible way of conducting business and I'm sure everyone where I live can agree.
J	Jessica Brotherton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money hungry and neglectful of property.. who charges for visitor parking especially in a city of 125,000? I've lived here 5 years and when DMS took over they made everything harder for the residents. Demanding more money and not even doing the basic bare minimum required to run a property efficiently. Repairs go unfixed for months. Thank you DMS for causing all the discomfort and lack of finances.. I really appreciate it.
B	Brenda Harbison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building landlord is the most professional, friendly, always going out of her way. Landlord I've ever had! Shes always cleaning all traffic areas making sure outside areas remain clean from debris. Extra disinfecting in elevator and stairwells, plus she takes care of another building on top.of where I live! Very well managed. Big bonus she loves animals even though shes allergic she still tries to interact with all of our furbabies. I cant speak for other places but I know Shelley at Runnymede road units is one heck of a landlord!
J	Jessie Wakeling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually pretty good at getting back to you via phone. I have had to attempt several times to get ahold of the property manager with no success. Fairly hands off building management.
K	Kelly Fulmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DMS has been the worst building managers ever. They are rude condescending and take advantage of their residents. Fortunately for me, I am moving out!! I've had enough of my home being infested with ants and they do nothing. Charging for visitors parking was unbelievable. I could write a book on my experience living here. But its not worth my time. Good luck to all DMS tenants.
M	Michael Sherwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Handicap parents live in one of there buildings and have had no heat since October. They were provided one space heater for a 3 building apartment. It is cold in there unit and they are afraid of fires so turn the one space heater off at night. So no heat all night Kingston is cold
s	sheila greaves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one star is way too much for these people. when you phone the DMS office they never pick up and the message is 'your call is important to us and we will get back to you within one business day' LOL we always wait for ten days to two weeks for a call back. that's if they call back at all. Very frustrating!
R	Rob Rochon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best companies that I have dealings with in so long. Always courteous and friendly staff, they are very prompt in any and all repairs needed. I hope to live here under DMS Management for a very long time.
