★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pretty delighted with my experience with Heron Management. I had a couple rental properties that I had to suddenly deal with due to an estate issue, and they were very professional. Detailed monthly reports, no crazy surcharges, a can'-do attitude when it came to tenant problems. Plus they took initiative with tenants to help work out their deliquincey problems....basically they understood that since I hired them to take care of the properties, they actually took care of the properties, without always coming back to me with small issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heron was great to work with. Emma was my point of contact, and she was always friendly and highly responsive - I could always expect a reply the same day. Any maintenance requests were handled swiftly, no matter how urgent. Public spaces in the building were always clean and maintained. It's really nice knowing your landlord is on your side - thank you Emma and Heron for a great 2.5 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heron Management managed our 22-unit apartment building for a number of years (until we sold it in 2021). The building was extremely well maintained, the vacancy rate was negligible, and Heron Management effectively dealt with any problems that arose. The accounting reports were accurate, easy to interpret and made income tax filings quite simple. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heron Management have been a great first landlord company for me. My apartment had a lot of historic charm complete with new furnishings to make a very comfortable living space. Signing the contract was easy and uncomplicated, and all the staff members were very personable towards me. Heron Management was easy to contact, and always followed up with conversations I started about concerns or any problems with the rental unit. I felt safe and secure renting from Heron Management, there was never any worry about agreements falling through or unexpected changes taking place. The photos of the apartment's listing were pretty accurate and reliable. I had a bit of an issue with mice as the property was old, but Heron Management were quick to put measures in place to manage the problem so I didn't have to get my hands dirty. They were a great landlord service for students and young professionals. I will definitely be looking into renting from Heron Management again soon.

I rented from Heron Management for the past 11 months and it has been a pleasant, head-ache free period (rare as a tenant renting in an unfamiliar city). The build quality of my unit was excellent, the unit was clean and tidy when I moved in, the management was friendly and responsive and showed that they truly care about their properties and clients. In 11-months, the only issue I had was my dishwasher breaking and immediately Heron Management investigated the problem and fixed it right away with no hassle. In summary, I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently live here and it is a disaster. Mold in the bathroom that is actually disgusting, something brown leaking from the fan in the bathroom and it smells nasty. This has continuously happened off and on. Currently using an umbrella every-time I use the washroom so the nasty liquid doesn't drip on me. Takes forever for maintenance to actually solve a problem even when it is a health and safety concern. These issues are constantly brought up as well.
