★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee that works here needs to be trained or at least have one on one supervision and not be left alone in the store. There are clearly some major issues at this freshiis branch, would highly recommend that you stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is the staff was very friendly and helpful. My lady friend is a very picky eater and they find something for her to eat that she likes. I couldn’t be more grateful. Whoever was working August 13, 2020, around 1 pm thank you.
As for the food, very filling and delicious, good size portions.

My bowl was not up to Freshii standards, and when I called to give feedback, the representative told me there was nothing he could do about it, and actually hung up on me! Completely unacceptable and I will be taking this matter to Freshii head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOING DOWNHILL FAST. We regularly eat here as an office, and order 6-8 meals at least once a week. The past 3-4 weeks we have noticed a HUGE decline in service; food is not being mixed, we received two wrong orders last week, and just got another one today that was mixed up. I dont know what you are doing, but it is going in the WRONG DIRECTION. Extremely disappointing quality from a no-brainer franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, my bowl didn't had enough toppings as I asked for 2x for most of the things and see the portion of rice they added for 16 $ ??
Secondly the rice were not cooked properly, they were surely half cooked. ??? Ruined my lunch break
