I am more than happy with the wonderful staff at Bracebridge Telus location. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and honestly goes beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended this location.

Hi, I'm 67 years old. Unfortunaly I'm technical ignorant. I had a i-phone from Telus before I was offered a upgrade. I would've prefered one again. Since Telus is unwilling to do that to the same condition and rather lose a valud Customer, I'm canceling asll my services !!

Bought a Samsung S20 plus on May 22 got home unpack-aged phone unreliable dropping signal and battery life,phone got really hot to touch and couldn't keep in pocket at times.On Monday phone got hot again and cracked back glass on a brand new phone.Called Samsung the Samsung rep said it was defective to bring it back and get the store to exchange for liability concerns.Be careful of this product and the product line Telus has no policy in regards to exchange of DOA or defective devices.Store clerks and manager didn't even offer a replacement phone or to inspect the phone and did not follow Telus corporate policy in regards to the Customer defect 15 day return policy.Store manager Stepanie was rude and not understanding of company policy or concerned over issue that was addressed.

Soviet-bloc customer service. Ordered a phone for a stated price. It took a week and a half for the phone to come into store. Went to pick it up and was told "the price went up this morning - It's three times the price it was yesterday." Apparently it was a promo price (news to me) and promo ended Oct. 1st. No mention of any of this during wait or I would have gladly paid up front. Called Koodo head office in case problem is store-based. Nope. "Customer service" droid says promo over. Back-story irrelevant. Leaving as soon as I arrange another provider.

They sold me a phone almost a year ago. At the time I asked for one with a screen protector . The phone got damaged and turns out there was no protector on it and I paid extra for that and now they refuse to fix my phone. Going to cost me $175. Out of pocket. At the time I purchased the phone I. Bought a case as well as the phone. Was koodo I dealt with.

We had a SIM card problem with one of our phones. Leighann was able to resolve the problem in a couple of minutes, and explained what else might be affecting the situation, and what to try if it did it again. The phone has been working 100% since. Thanks for the excellent service! Also, the team at the Bracebridge store is doing an excellent job on their COVID-19 protocols to keep their team, and their customers safe.
