★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better off to go to the Gravenhurst store. Went in for paint, after waiting at the desk for a period of time, I went to the service desk, where they paged the lady to come to the paint area. No one came and the lady at the service desk just went back to texting on her phone. No one came, no one seemed to notice or care that a customer was waiting. Also there was only 3 customers in the store at the time, so no excuses for bad service. The store was not busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen, a lot can be said for a hometown hardware store that can deliver on whatever you need. The staff is 100% Covid safe and very helpful. I would highly recommend Home Hardware for any needs that you have while Chittagong or as a permanent resident. Better than the big box stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all want to say in all the years of dealing with Home Hardware, Bracebridge have found the service to be excellent. It came as a shock and surprise when I went in this time to wait at the service counter have someone answer the phone after I arrived and someone else getting something then asking have I been helped. They took me to where the item was said sorry only have this size, and left. In the past the service people have checked the back or asked "let me look it up and we can order for you". Nothing was extremely disappointed.

Needing wheelbarrows for foundation work at Pine Lake I went to our favorite store. Little did I know that I would be met with the snarliest, rudest cashier when I went in to inquire. "do you have any more wheelbarrows instock besides the 2 lightweight ones out side?", "no!' was the only word growled to me, so I asked if there was any out back and the response was a finger pointed to outside somewhere where I came in, without any words. I understand that Karens have problems in life...we all do, but knowing that you are in retail, and knowing what is expected of you when dealing with polite, kind public, you would think Karen would, at the very least, be courteous. Thursday Nov 4 1:00pmish.
Karen needs to be spoken to about customer service(which I was for 30 years...fake smile and all)or a new job.
You got 1 star because of an employee and only because there is no lower rating available. I will NOT return to this store.....we spend hundreds of thousands.
