★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite paint store. What's not to like about a place that has both Benjamin Moore and Para paints in the same store. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. And lots of cool lighting options on top of it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday November 22 2021 I went into the Bracebridge store. I was intent on buying a lamp. My wife who walks past the front of the store every day saw
one in the window. She said it had been there for over a year. I asked the employee if it might be reduced in price, bearing in mind it had been there for awhile. The lady said no she could not do that. "Ok I will take it anyway" She took the lamp and wenr behind the cash register asking me if I had a bulb. She said she was removing the one in the lamp. I thought
that was not nice but accepted it. I stood at the side of the counter and wanted to ask her if they had a box because it was going to be a gift. She pointed her finger at me and very rudely told me to get in front of the counter. I stood still for a minute and thought hey I have lived with Covid every bit as long as she did. I have worked in retail for many years and found that there is a way of talking to a customer and a way you don't. I told her she could keep her lamp and left the store. Your store lost a 127.00 sale due to her rudeness and have vowed to never enter the store again and will tell everone I meet about the poor customer service
