Even let me check out her personal cellphone so I could get an idea of what the android operating system is like! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in choosing a phone or plan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone had gone swimming without me and so I needed a new phone and went to Rogers, Bracebridge for help. There I was under thecare of the very knowledgable Amanda. She has great communication skills, good manners and was really engaged in solving my problem. She was very knowledgeable about the products and technology to get me set up with a new phone. What an asset she is to Rogers, she will go far given the opportunity. Also the redhaired young man there was eager to answer any questions as well and obviously very knowledable in phone and computer technologies. All in all what started as a scary and daunting situation was quickly resolved and I felt I was in good hands with Amanda.

I don’t like shopping for phones/ plans becuz frankly I find it more complex and confusing than purchasing a vehicle. Amanda was calm, clear and detailed in providing the options that best met our budget and needs. She made it easy and painless. Can’t beat that! Many thx to Amanda ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Nina, ID # 641396, I have to say, this woman is absolutely amazing at her job.
The professionalism, extensive knowledge of Roger's services and products, and her extremely high emotional intelligence and people skills is unparalleled.
I have found that I have been frustrated with some of the communication skills and haste of service over the phone from other CSR's within Rogers. However, this was not the case with Nina whatsoever.
Please give this woman a raise @Rogers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location earlier with my husband and as a customer the attitude and ignorance that the employee with dark black hair and long eyelashes had towards her coworker was absolutely disgusting! Not only that but was then slamming the drawers and doors for who knows what reason? Never had a problem at this location until today...
