★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged extra for a hot chocolate on top of having a cafe coupon card. All advertisements say any medium beverage is covered by the card. This seemed nothing more than gouging. I have never been charged extra for hot chocolate anywhere.
I want an explanation and my money refunded.
The person at the window was polite and friendly. It was not his fault, however the management that set this outrageous up charge, should have signage with reasonable expectation of his going against company advertising.
Poor customer service by the owner.
I want him to reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just large fries for snack, McDonalds still have the best fries but your burgers far from satisfactory anymore ,no meat left used to be 1/4 lederhosen ment 1/4 lb.. of beefno it's tissue beef it's a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sure they don't enjoy serving thru drive-thru at night as the overnight lights are rarely on and staff aren't able to turn them on (said it's on a timer????) Please fix your timer then! Not a safe feeling when it's pitch black.
