This place is filthy, staff was rude, didn't have ingredients for any burritos or bowls, and my salad had old wrinkly blueberries. Never again.

What happened to Momma Bears? I know it was sold but wasn’t it supposed to stay a ice cream shop!!?

Amazing Ice cream and exceptional customer service. Was one of the few places that was open on Victoria Day and don't even get me started on how good their ice cream tasted. Cookies and cream with their special chocolate rimmed cone was out of this world. Will definitely make this my go to every time I head up to Gravenhurst.

I agree with one of the previous reviewers on the way children are spoken too. Considering most enter ice cream stores due to our children begging us, they should be more appreciated. We came to try this location after our first visit of trying the Ice Cream Shoppe near the end towards the bridge (very friendly may I add). My husband and I went in with our 2 children. After the ice cream was handed and I was paying my 6 year old went for a lick of her ice cream. I then heard a voice from who I am assuming was the owner β€œlittle girl little girl no eating ice cream inside” . Not pleasant. All other establishments are allowing indoor dining, and she was also standing in front of the exiting door. It rubbed us all wrong we won’t be returning to this location.

We had an amazing ice cream cake with chocolate, caramel and coconut for our Dad’s birthday. It was the best ice cream cake we have eaten! The cake was very delicious. We also bought the fudge and it is also so good! This is such a wonderful shop!

Was out for a stroll on a warm November day and was in need for a cold refreshing drink. There was no lemonade or iced coffee available. Building is not stroller or wheelchair friendly. There are two steps to enter the building with a non-automatic door. Getting my stroller in was very difficult. Typically when I go to other shops downtown bracebridge someone from the store will offer to help open the door or hold my stroller. The man working did not offer any help even though he had no customers to attend to. On my way out of the store, I struggled again to get the door open stroller out and down those two sets of stairs. The door ended up closing on my stroller and pinched my babies fingers on the way out. Gentleman working there may have had an off day but was not very friendly. I ended up ordering a muffin that was very very dry and not very tasteful. Needless to say, I probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

While in town I stopped into this cute Cafè for some breakfast and coffee. I got a hiker wrap which was so delicious, and the coffee was amazing. On the way out I tried an apple cinnamon muffin and grabbed a Take Home chili which was sooooo good. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time I will definitely be having a burrito bowl. I heard one customer talking about how good they were.
