★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While McD’s next door was busy (12:30 on a Thursday), this place was empty… now we know why.
Ordered a meal with a dipping sauce, which was missed (did I mention not another car in line and the dining room is locked).
Walked back to the window and saw a young lad leaning on the counter… he motioned that I needed to “drive up” to the window (again, not another soul around). I indicated I’d already paid for the meal and he just shook his head at me.
Oh, and the young lady at the window had zero customer service skills.
As I walked back to my vehicle another customer was deciding to leave and said this was typical of this location.
First and last stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite meeting spots in Bracebridge Their Caffe Latte is my go to drink. For a coffee spot their food is fresh and reasonable. Washrooms are always clean too... just thought I'd add that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad I can't show Zero Stars, waited over 20 minutes for 2 Items for a Quick Lunch for my Grandson. Then when we got to the window the order was wrong. Apparently there are staffing issues at this location. Won't be going back. I hope someone in head office sees this post . ? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You either need to take KFC off skip/doordash app or actually fix your timing. Anytime I’ve wanted to order because I can’t walk in to order the time for KFC has been 12:00pm and then closed a couple minutes later. FIX IT. While your at it how about fixing your gravy back to normal too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location as well as others seems rather hit or miss. On this particular visit, I ordered 2 meals. The first was ok, the second was not at all what was ordered. The main portion of the meal was requested as a sandwich and we recieved chicken pieces instead. Not a place to go if you are looking for fast service or consistency. About 2/3 of the time our order is accurate and all is well but that still leaves our 1 in 3 order where something is wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a bad night. From the time I ordered, 50 ft later at the window they didn't have some of what I ordered in stock. Not a problem we can change the order. Then I had to go into the location because they didn't include the two sides of gravy that I ordered. No problem there were at least two customers there and they made good on it so all is okay right. Then I got home to find out that they gave me two cold slaw's rather than the potato and macaroni that I requested. But why should I complain that's only the third mistake in one order. At least their staff is very polite.

If I visited this KFC first time in my life then I would never go back to KFC AGAIN!
Corns are dried
Fries are too oily and not fresh
