★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sorry... I wanted something quick & simple ( that I suppose I got?) The greeting was alright, I couldn't find much on the menu board. As I don't frequent the shop, I had to ask & they did have it! Immediately started to make a lg sandwich I had to stop them to make a sm. I was told the price that was rang in. I paid then asked for my drink, paid & told it's in the fridge..I was polite from the time I walked in even though I was dismayed I still said thank you when I left... I'm not sure it could be a language barrier? That doesn't normally bother me..but attitude does! I hope it wasn't that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really disappointed this morning. I ordered chicken sub so he was preparing my sub then one another customer came in and this man use same gloves which was use mine. Then again start my sub.When I was paying I said I have other meats allergies why you use same gloves in my sub, here he shown his attitude and said to me ,you have to tell me change the gloves, Then I just step out and throw my sub . Plz guys if you have any kind of allergies plz make sure check everything before this man made sub. I was so upset in this morning. I think they change the staff. My review star is here 00000000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair enough sandwiches basically what you'd expect, I really like their Italian herb and cheese bread. My order was correct they we're quick and efficient. All in all well done as sandwich chains go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 half scoops of steak +" extra steak " and the its still not visible to the eye , veggies were frozen ( tomatoes, pickels , olives ) and the elderly lady working there needs to take a course on customer service. Worst subway experience I've had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to tell them extra cucumber/tomato twice to get more than a spaced row of the fruit. Tasted good as always, but employees are taught to skimp on toppings at this location. They should get trained at the Orillia location.
