★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would normally give this place 5 stars, as they are excellent with cleaning and alterations. This being said, their hours are listed as 8:30am-7pm (Monday to Friday), 8:30am-5pm (Saturday), and they are closed Sunday. They NEVER open at 8:30am. I have gone very day for the last 2+ weeks to try and pick-up my dry cleaning at this time with no luck. I have even called to ask about this, because I have to leave for work by 9am and I cannot make it home before they close on any of those days. How am I supposed to get my items?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suit jacket and pants turned out great, thank you. Dress shirt has what I believe is a new minor stain. We discussed it and an understandable case was created on why it cannot come from them - they did make the effort to rewash two more times. However because there was no inspection upon hand-off, it is my word against theirs. Personally, I expected them to take my word for it regardless. My rating isn't so much based on the stain because accidents happen. I'm just not given the confidence to trust the service in the event of any future accidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was really rude. Overpriced as well in my opinion. He said it would be less than it actually was when I went to pick up the pants. One pair of pants looked great. The other one was too short. Definitely will not be going back
