These dry cleaners are really responsible. Also they did the work before the time was due. I’ll never want to visit anyone else once I was there.

While most tailors nearby told me that I needed to wait for a particular time until I can get my clothing repaired, this shop tended to my needs immediately. The owner is great as well, very friendly and communicative. Prices were also great, a lot better than most of the tailors I go to.

Given the current economic situation the time frame was very good and customer service was excellent. Will definitely use this business again. Was charged for repair on 3 zippers for a backpack, but only two were fixed. The third zipper was simply removed and i was unable to ascertain why the charged services were not completed. When the business was contacted I was not able to get the third zipper repaired without additional cost or receive a partial refund for services not rendered. Cannot speak to the quality of the dry cleaning but as for tailoring they did not provide the service they charged for. Unfortunate, as the initial contact and service up until they were paid was excellent. Final product was definitely misrepresented. Find somewhere else for any tailoring/ alteration needs, unless you feel like paying for work that will not be completed.

On October 31st I took a jacket in to have the zipper changed, I was told that it would take two weeks to change it to which I agreed. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday the 12th of November and I couldn’t so I went on the 16th of November to pick it up and guess what, it was not done. He even had the audacity to asked me if I could wait 3 hours to have it changed. I asked for my jacket and my money back. Stay away from that place.

Uses bad products to wash and clean and too much late services. very bad experience A Big no for this place❌❌

I was searching for a dry cleaner in the city that specialized in cleaning Canada gooses to avoid any of the typical dry cleaning horror stories that you hear about, and Quality tailor & cleaners did a great job. They also did it at an affordable price ($45 for a medium length jacket) when I’m used to paying $60+ elsewhere. I had also lost my invoice and the owner had no issues with looking my receipt up. Took about a week and a half to pick it up but services exceeded my expectations. Will come back next year!
