I had a great meal here. The flavours were on point and fresh. At some Ethiopian restaurants the food is too oily, and all the items can sometimes taste the same. Not so here. I had the vegetarian platter and they provided a wonderful selection of red, green and yellow lentils, a yellow cabbage, red cabbage, kale salad, some type of bitter greens, a potato curry. All delicious, with unique flavour and fresh. Their injera is made in-house and is thin and delicate. The lady (owner?) is so nice as well. All in all, I had a wonderful dinner. Glad to see they are in my neighbourhood.

We had a marvellous meal here. We tried a bit of everything and it is the best Ethiopian food I have had in Toronto, possibly in my life. I thought I would never find a replacement for my beloved Nazareth, but this is it. The prices are higher and reflective of the incredible quality of the food. The injera is made in-house. The owner and staff are lovely as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

My husband Jesse and I had a wonderful meal here last Saturday. The food was so delicious and the owner, Helen and her assistant, Rita were very kind and attentive. We took pictures with them and of the amazing food, just wish I could post them here! We had the restaurant all to ourselves and I wondered why it wasn't packed because everything was so good! Fortunately, there were some people coming in as we were leaving. We were visiting from the U.S. but wish we lived closer so we could go more often!

If you are looking for Ethiopian food, this is your place! We are so grateful to have this restaurant in our neighbourhood and the lovely lady who oversees it is warm and welcoming! She kindly obliged our casserole dish for takeaway so we could enjoy her meal at home without creating any waste. Somehow this restaurant doesn’t come up in searches for Ethiopian food so I want to get the word out! The ambiance makes for a relaxing dine-in experience as well. ❀️

This place is a gem! We used to go to Nazareth but since they closed we have been looking for a good ethiopian/eritrean restaurant. And we finally found it!! Their food is delicious and the price is great. I love it

Great food, lots of care and love went into the making of the dishes. Everything made in house. So much flavor!!! You've got to try this place out.

Excellent veggie platter for two with 6 varieties, and we were given some bonus chickpeas from the kitchen before we finish (not pictured). Seems to provide more injera than other restaurants as well. The place is very quiet on weekday evenings but the service is great.

Nice atmosphere, friendly and good service! The vegatarian platter was delicious, flavorfully spicy, but yet didn't fry my tender north american pallette ? It's also reasonably priced! I'll definitely be a return customer!
