Jumped in my car and beetled to P la P…do not pass go…instead, advance directly to Mole Guacamole! Sauntered into restaurant - wonderfully charming vibe! Ordered taco salad with chicken “to go” cuz the weather is finally fabulous! Secured a sunbeam at Island Park AND ate lunch! Deliciosa!!! Fresh crisp salad yummy guacamole - with just right amount of spicy all with crunchy taco pieces! Thank you Mole Guacamole - I will see you again!!! ? ps. no leftovers ?

The atmosphere is great and really helps to add to the experience. Location isn’t the best spot but to it’s credit there’s large windows looking out into the street so you have lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend.

This is a family run resturant and you know the food is going to be great when you find out that there are 3 resturants in thier family across Canada. The staff at Mole Guacamole are very personable and provide a warming experience. My wife order the enchiladas and I the beef burrito both of which are we would highly recommend. This is a must eat if you are in the portage area and looking for good Mexican food.

However I spoke with one of the locals and he said that if I wanted authentic Mexican and not a food chain to try Mole Guacamole. He said it's a hole in the wall but the family came from Mexico and the Grandma is making the food. Once I heard that I was sold. I've tried many places for Mexican food and this hands down has to be the best I have ever had. The location isn't the greatest but your going for the food. Once I took my first bite I was very impressed with how much flavor there was. It's a drive from the City but worth the drive. I'm going to come back again in the summer and take my family because it's that good. Highly recommended 5/5
