P	P W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the bad luck of bringing a shirt that was slightly too big into this shop. I tried the shirt on for the tailor, who measured it and took it in to alter it. When I came back to pick it up, it had been changed from a slightly baggy men's large into a roughly children's sized shirt that was skin tight, and only went down to above the waistline of my pants. When I asked for a refund the tailor became very defensive, raised his voice and blamed me for his mistake because I "was there when [he] put the pins in". While I was indeed there when he measured it, he is the "expert" and should probably have a better idea of what a reasonably fitted shirt looks like, and not expect his customers to know his work better than he does. All in all one of the worst interactions I've had in Toronto, and indeed the only bad review I've felt inclined to leave. Avoid this place. Go to literally any other tailor. *In response to the owners reply: not surprised you're accusing me of trying to rip you off, but why would I want to scam you for a shirt that I can't wear? It's garbage now because you ruined it. That's why I want my money back. You saw how it looks. Come on...
