The shop completed it in a few days with excellence and care and was very reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to bring other alterations here.

He did such a great job on the alterations on my delicate dress with such quick turnaround time that I felt like I ripped him off. Please go to this man, he is so warm and kind and experienced, he knows what he’s doing!

Had my sleeves on my leather jacket slimmed down since they were too big, the owner was very nice and went above and beyond to make the changes necessary so I’d be happy! I will use this shop and recommend them for all my alterations (especially leather) and any other services that they provide from now on!

It was an outstanding experience and the 5 star reviews are no lie. The guy has been in this industry for more than 40 years. I could tell with his experience, he has dealt with the best and worst. He is an overall experience and if you need your alterations done, get it here if you're definitely in the area. 20 years in Germany and 20 years here?? Yes sir! Take my word for it.
J	Jennifer Hwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a frightening experience I had with the owner. He berated me inside his store for about 5 minutes alone and then ushered me out the door. The last few words he said to me was that his daughter spoke 4 languages and was a VP of a company - as to try to make me feel bad about myself??? Completely weird and irrelevant. As a first time customer he asked me why I was only dropping off only one pant for a hem alteration - thought that was a little odd but then he should be able to understand my point of view if he's going to ask - well, first I only had one pair to drop off and secondly it was a good chance to see his workmanship - all in a kind and friendly way. That hit a nerve. He told me to go buy a serger and hem my own pants then, or get my mother to alter them. I then explained I had young children and didn't really have time to do my own hemming and he responded that he had children and grandchildren and so that was not an excuse! If anyone cares about the treatment and respect of others, then please avoid this place unless you want to support someone that is condescending and unprofessional, especially as a young women and mother. I remained my composure but shaken as he told me to leave.

I needed some simple hemming done on my suit pants, and it was finished cleanly, professionally, and ready for next morning; for such a reasonable price too! Will be going here for any future alterations for sure!
