★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Lucky Star for a few years and I brought in any sort of garments - from winter jackets, to delicate blouses, to horribly stained shirts (I used to be a server, so wine and oil stains were the norm). I have never been disappointed with their work and not even once I have received back my clothes as if they were brand new. They are nice, friendly, but mostly they are very competent. I moved and I do not live close by any longer, however I keep going back because I would not trust anybody else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had left some shirts for a week to be cleaned and repaired. They had some fraying on the front that the woman working said would be reparable.
In a week, I returned and the shirts were not ready. No problem, things happen. Just a small inconvenience.
I came back 2 days later, and the shirts had been cleaned, but the repair was not done. Not only this but the person working said it was not reparable. So I have paid for a cleaning and have shirts which are damaged. Why clean something that is not fixable? Why did the first person not know what was reparable or not?
Overall, frustrating experience, do not recommend.
