I had the warm pleasure of working with sunny and the best exceptional customer service ..very knowledgeable and friendly persona which so important when u are so frustrated with your previous service ..
I sincerely recommend Freedom mobile as now my phone has good service everywhere I go in city as an entrepreneur working with clients ..

β β β β β Ali helped me find my new phone yesterday, and despite having to work long hours on a Sunday, he was very kind and respectful when it came to dealing with my old broken phone. He's knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend asking for him if you're ever in the Oakville Freedom shop!

He listens to what the customer is looking for and makes sure you will be happy with your service. Very honest and well spoken. Other employee at the location is also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended
