He informed me of all the possible things I could purchase and did not rush me and took his time to make sure I was fully helped. I will be coming to this location whenever possible.

Vabesh was able to solve my billing issue, and provide a new phone for my Samsung S7. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE, other stores are just waaaay too busy for me. Good prices. They give discounts.

Juvenile is the appropriate word. She read the letter I received from Freedom Wireless and says 'I have no idea what this means'. Either logic or English is the barrier....either way not a good thing for customer non service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went 2 times including today @ 1:35 pm the sale person want to sale me iPhone 13 with Apple care. This second time same issue, I told him I'm not obligated to buy the Apple care with my plan, I feel is too rude with me and Don't want to sale me the phone. I told him I reported to freedom for negative customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to see about my phone. On Saturday January 22th 2022, My phone screen was broken, plus I was due for an upgrade. I had the most friendliness, kind, smart, sales associate Lester who went above and beyond for me. He was so knowledgeable he helped me with my plan change. He help me decide to get the latest Samsung phone I love So I upgraded to S21 FE in olive color which is such a nice green. I definitely recommend checking out freedom mobile for phones and plans. When you do go ask for Lester, amazing sales associate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How could they sell me on a pop socket COVER (No base included) when I came into the store asking for a phone stand. If I come into your store asking for a phone stand and I show you my phone many times and I make it clear that I need a STAND, then you should be able to reasonably deduce that I don’t want to buy a cosmetic COVER, I need the popsocket stand and base itself.
I TRUST that the people working there would not lead me to think I was buying the stand itself, not a useless cover.
And because I trusted the guy I bought it.
You tell me I need to always be on alert? I tell you I shouldn’t have to be hyper-vigilant as to which next store is going to scam me on something as basic as this.
Guy was nice though.
