★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are non-professional with rude attitude. 1st, they wrote us in the email that one local number will be free (included in the package) but when I asked for a 416 or 905 number, they asked for the extra $50 and $75 respectively. I asked for the service activation and they brought in extra charges of 3% credit fee. I asked them let me consult with my colleagues, as soon as I disconnect my call, they send me email said that they are not ready to do business with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor services from MKN. Bashar buys services from another company and cant look into issues himself. issues that dont exist with other providers that he blames it on your top of the line hardware he sold you. Bashar appears friendly until he gets criticism and turns on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't suggest using this provider. Initially Bashar was great to work with and helped me setup everything. As time went by though, MKN would not support the phones and pbx that they had sold me. They would consistently not address my issues or would push me off to the manufacturer's of the equipment that they had sold me, who provided even worse support. I would not go this direction if you are looking to setup a phone system for your business! I finally left this provider for a local phone provider and have been extremely happy.
