He provided some good information with regards to minimal home renovations or updates we would need to do to prepare our home for sale and was great coordinating stagers and media teams to present our home. The website he created was highly professional and showcased our home excellently. We were able to sell our home after being on the market for 2-3 weeks. With regards to the purchase of our new home, Cory and his partner Stephanie Smyth were excellent in terms of always being prompt and available to schedule appointments for us. We were quite active in terms of searching for properties on apps ourselves, however Cory still sent us new listings almost daily and they were always available to access any additional information we required such as offer dates, property tax information etc. We were able to find a beautiful home and Cory helped us negotiate the price to $100K UNDER the list price.
