★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rafey for an Investment property that I bought last month from him along with my partner. He's very knowledgeable, very calm and most importantly a very positive person. You call him anytime and you are expected to get a prompt reply. I also had a pleasure to meet his Broker of Record who is also an excellent individual. AND I still cannot believe the appreciation my partner and I already have on that property and the amount of people who have approached us already to buy it for top $s ( and its not even constructed yet) . The project I invested in sold like hot cakes but as promised by him and his Broker of Record, I got a chance to invest in it. In today's market its very hard to find a Real Estate Expert. Rafey is not an Agent, he's an Expert. If someone needs one, Rafay is that Expert for you!!! Looking forward to alot more of buy/sell with Rafay. Good luck Rafey.

When you are buying your first home – you have hundreds of concerns and things to sort out but Shailendra made our first home buying experience extremely easy.
