★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They are very rude… my wife have almost 6 months trying to cancel her insurance and no body assist, but they keep going to the account every month. The managers are never there and The 2 ladies there are very rude and just give excuses to make everything longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse insurance broker, I have being contacting this company and sent all.info to cancel my insurances, THE AGENT NAME NURDIS ROJAS HAVE BEING GIVING ME A HARD TIME TO CANCEL MY POLICY. I EVEN HAVE TO STOP THE PAYMENT IN ORDER TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. Avoid dealing with this broker is the worse experience I ever had. And I have proof of all the emails I sent this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic Service. There is an agent named Inderpreet. He gave me home insurance in 2020. When the renewal time came they increased my home insurance without any notification. I requested him to put a cancellation for the policy and he did the same. After that, he sent me a new a notice stating i am owing aviva some amount. I paid 2 months advance amount for them at the time of purchase of the policy. Which I am ready to get rid off still they are charging me the amount for the undelivered service. When I asked him to clarify he sent the contact of the customer care than resolving the issue by himself. Really disappointed and pathetic service. Stay away from these people.
